Today I taught a 4th grade boy how to tie his shoes. It is the nicest feeling.... boosting self esteem. It feels like I'm a ninja, warding off bad spirits. Then joy seeps in and settles down in a child's heart... like Calvin and Hobbes...

God is so loving. He leaves us a guidebook for life that tells us to "think of others more highly than ourselves"---"put on the imperishable quality of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is precious in His sight" then, when we do these things and obey Him TWO people are blessed. The giver and the receiver. How awesome is that! Time is a precious commodity. Take time for others--that is a good lesson for all of us. There are some happy little people around because of YOU. Keep it up, friend.
